Project Aaram
Restoring green cover across Chennai neighbourhoods
Project Aaram began with a single stretch of pavement and a promise: plant only what survives. Every drive since has paired native saplings with a named caretaker, a watering schedule and a 12-month survival audit.
The club works with resident welfare associations, corporation officials and school eco-clubs so that each planting site has local ownership long after the drive ends.
